THE CHEMICALS LAW
This Law regulates:
- integrated chemical management, classification, packaging and labeling of chemicals, integrated chemical registry and registry of chemicals placed on the market, restrictions and prohibitions on the production, placing on the market and use of chemicals, import and export of certain hazardous chemicals, licenses for marketing activities and licenses for the use of particularly hazardous chemicals, the placing on the market of detergents, the systematic monitoring of chemicals, the availability of data, surveillance and other issues of importance for the management of chemicals.
This Law regulates:
- that the manufacturer, importer or downstream user manufactures, markets and uses chemicals so that there are no adverse effects on human health and the environment.
